We ask that you bring all prescription medication(s) with you to your appointment, even if it was prescribed by another physician. If appropriate, please request all refills of continuous medicines during your appointment.

In the event of your prescription expiring prior to your next appointment, contact us. Generally, we can request a prescription be refilled at your pharmacy which may take 24 hours or more depending on the day of the week. Triplicate prescriptions need to be picked up at our office. Controlled prescriptions need at least a three month interval follow-up visit.
